1. Voice Identity Ownership
Voxtar acknowledges that your voice print and any derived AI models generally remain your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant Voxtar a limited, non-exclusive license to process your voice data solely for the purpose of generating, training, and rendering your persistent AI voice model. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your voice biometric data to third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Neural Architecture Usage
Calculations performed on the Voxtar Neural Engine are subject to fair use policies. While we guarantee 99.8% uptime for Enterprise tiers, usage that disrupts the architectural integrity of our shared GPU clusters may be rate-limited. You agree not to reverse-engineer the quantization methods or model weights provided by the Studio.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Voxtar to generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, fraud, or illegal acts. Our 'Safety-First' synthesis pipeline includes watermarking and content moderation classifiers. Any attempt to bypass these safety rails will result in immediate termination of your workspace and deletion of all associated voice models.
4. Subscription & Billing
Service tiers (Starter, Creator, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unused generation credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified in your specific plan addendum. Refunds are provided only in cases of verified platform failure exceeding our SLA commitments.
5. Data Persistence & Security
We employ SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Your voice data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. In the event of account termination, you have a 30-day grace period to export your raw audio datasets before permanent deletion from our cold storage buckets.
By using Voxtar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
