1. Scope of Clinical Diagnostic Service
Voxtar provides software-as-a-service platforms, APIs, and edge SDKs for acoustic feature extraction, sub-clinical vocal biomarker calculation, and respiratory/neurological screening. Voxtar is designed to assist qualified healthcare providers, voice agents, and clinical researchers. Voxtar outputs serve as screening indicators and baseline drift monitoring, and do not replace definitive physician evaluation.
2. Business Associate Agreements (BAA) & HIPAA Obligations
Covered entities and business associates utilizing Voxtar for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) must execute a Voxtar Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to streaming production clinical audio. Customers are responsible for configuring local tokenization parameters according to their institutional compliance protocols.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Zero Abuse Guarantee
Users shall not utilize the Voxtar platform or APIs to attempt voice impersonation, deepfake synthesis, deceptive audio spoofing, or illegal surveillance. All streaming requests undergo automated spectral authenticity verification. Violation of these safeguards results in immediate API token revocation and workspace suspension.
4. API Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
Voxtar guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for Enterprise and Health System tier API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of an unexcused SLA breach exceeding standard error thresholds, enterprise subscribers are eligible for service credit compensation as outlined in their service contract.
5. Intellectual Property & Acoustic Vector Models
Customers retain exclusive ownership of their raw acoustic datasets, patient metadata, and custom clinical workflow definitions. Voxtar retains ownership of its proprietary bio-acoustic signal processing engines, deep neural extraction architectures, and baseline biomarker algorithms.
By accessing or utilizing Voxtar APIs, dashboards, or SDKs, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
